The all new Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro are on its hipe just after the official launch in China. And now Xiaomi is planning to launch the same product in India in coming weeks. This report comes from non other than Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain. He just tweeted and claimed that in 8 weeks the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro will launch in India which indicates that it will be around first week of October.

As for now, there is no any exact official date yet for the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro India Launch, but as said earlier, the Xiaomi India Head Manu Kumar Jain has teases a possible timeline which is just 8 weeks from the Redmi Note 8 Pro China launch, if we elaborate it then it is expected to be around first week of October or might be in the end of September.

As we all know that India is the biggest market for Xiaomi, and we have seen several times that Xiaomi rarely takes more time to launch its product in India. it is expected that this smartphone will be a Diwali gift for this year to Indian customer from Xiaomi.

The main highlight of the Redmi Note 8 pro is its quad rear camera setup with primary sensor having 64MP. The handset is powered by MediaTek G90T SoC. This is the world’s first commercial smartphone to come with 64MP rear camera and MediaTek G90T SoC.
As far as pricing of these devices are concerned, considering the China pricing the Redmi Note 8 has been launch there at CNY 999 which translates to INR 10,000 in India and the Redmi Note 8 Pro has been priced at CNY 1,399 which translates to INR 14,000 in India.
