The head of Xiaomi India Manu Kumar Jain may have invariably unveiled that the company is planning to launch a new color variant of Redmi Note 5 soon in India. This is the most popular smartphone in India launched couple of months ago at a price of Rs. 9,999 and it is available in four different color Black, Gold, Rose Gold and Blue color variant.

Now a new color variant has been teased by the head of Xiaomi India in a tweet. Manu Kumar Jain is showing variety of Xiaomi smartphone which have been launched since last 5 years from Xiaomi Redmi 1s to Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and on the far left side a Red color varint of Redmi Note 5 is visible. This suggest that the company might going to launch the red color varint of Redmi Note 5 in India in coming month.

Xiaomi has already launched the Red color variant of Redmi Note 5 Pro in China last month, and as India is the largest market for the Xiaomi, now they should be launching the red variant in India too. But as for now the smartphone shown in the Manu Kumar Jain tweet it is the image of regular Redmi Note 5 which is in red color. So It is also expected that the company might launch the red color variant for Redmi Note 5 Pro as well along with the Redmi Note 5.
