Xiaomi Redmi Go (Android Go Edition) set to launch in Philippines : Full Specification Revealed

Xiaomi Redmi Go which is going to be the first Android Go Edition smartphone of Xiaomi, is likely to be launch in Philippines in coming week. But before the official launch this handset has been teased by the Xiaomi Mi Philippines Facebook Page.

Apart from the teaser the Xiaomi Official retail partner Lazada has also listed the Xiaomi Redmi Go smartphone on its page with full key specifications. Xiaomi will be soon launching the smartphone in its Asia market.

There are already several leaks on internet about the Redmi Go smartphone, Apart from the Redmi Go smartphone there are already Samsung, Huawei and Nokia Go smartphone available in Market. Xiaomi is known for its pricing, they launch there product with cutthroat pricing, now it will really interesting to see how they will price there first Android Go smartphone.

Moving towards the key specification of the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Go smartphone, it will feature a 5-inch HD 16:9 aspect ratio display having resolution of 720x1280pixels. It will be powered by Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, the storage can be further increased via using microSD card upto 128GB.

In terms of Camera, Redmi Go will have an 8MP of rear facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and the rear camera also comes with support of HDR mode. On front it will have a 5MP of selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Moving towards the network and connectivity options, it will have 4G LTE, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB. This handset will be Dual SIM handset and will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo (Android Go Edition). It will have 3,000mAh battery.

Xiaomi has already acquired the mid range segment in India, so the company will soon be launching there first Android GO smartphone in India to attract Indian market customers looking for affordable Android smartphones.
