Xiaomi has now launched the latest budget smartphone Redmi 6 officially in china on 12th of June 2018. Along with Redmi 6 they also launched Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 Pro. It is powered by 12nm MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core SoC coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM and comes in 32GB and 64GB of internal storage option respectively. The memory can be further expanded via using microSD card upto 256GB.
Talking about the other specs of this device, this device is running on MIUI 10 over Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box. It is fueled with a 3,000mAh battery. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 also supports dual VoLTE. As far as connectivity options are concerned it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, IR Blaster, 3.5mm audio jack and a MicroUSB port. At the launch event they also mentioned that the price is introductory for two month the price will be fluctuate as the US dollar rate in India fluctuate.
