Few days back an official tweet has been released by Xiaomi confirming the launch of Xiaomi Mi Note 10 smartphone. Before that company was teasing on its weibo account about the launch of Mi CC9 Pro smartphone. Both the smartphone has now appeared on GeekBench benchmarking platform, which revealed that the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is actually the rebranded version of Mi CC9 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Geekbench Report Suggests That it could be rebranded Mi CC9 Pro
According to the Geekbench (the screenshots are given below) the Mi Note 10 runs on Android 9 Pie OS and it is powered by an octa-core processor having a base frequency of 1.8GHz with 4GB of RAM. The single core score mentioned there is 544 while the multi core score of Geekbench test is 1713. Whereas the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro states that it also runs on Android 9 Pie OS and it is powered by an octa-core processor having 1.8GHz base frequency with 8GB of RAM. The single core test score is 545 and multi-core test score is 1640.
It is expected that both the handset will be powered by same SoC. Both the listing has the same codename ‘Tucana’ which also indicates that both the devices are identical. It seems like the Xiaomi Tucana phone will be launching in China as Mi CC9 Pro and in international market or outside China it will be introduced as Xiaomi Mi Note 10.
Xiaomi has also teased the Mi Note 10 Pro along with Mi Note 10 smartphone via its twitter account. There is a big possibility that the Mi Note 10 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC where as the Mi Note 10 will be having 700 series Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.
According to TENNA listing, the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro will come with 6.47-inch OLED full HD+ display having a waterdrop notch at the top middle of the screen. The handset will have up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The handset will run on MIUI 11 over Android 9 Pie out of the box.
The Mi CC9 Pro is all set to launch on 5th of November in China, but the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro launch details hasn’t revealed yet by the company. We will be updating it as soon as it goes official. Stay tuned with us to get more details on upcoming Xiaomi smartphones.
