Xiaomi Mi A3, Mi A3 Lite to come with Snapdragon 730 & Snapdragon 675 SoC: Report


Xiaomi is widely expected to launch the next Mi A-series smartphone which expected to be named as Mi A3 and the lighter version will be named as Mi A3 Lite. Both the devices will be part of Google Android One Program. If you a regular reader of TechOnTrend then you probably be knowing that we reported several rumors and leaks regarding both these devices and the last one was from XDA developer who claimed that the new Xiaomi Mi A3 will be powered by Snapdragon 710 or Snapdragon 712 SoC.

Forget the past, now a fresh rumors are rendering, that is from MSP and that claims that the Xiaomi isn’t be suing the Snapdragon 710 or 712 SoC for the Mi A3 series smartphones, instead the company will be using the latest Snapdraon 730 SoC in the Mi A3 and the Snapdragon 675 SoC in the Mi A3 Lite.

As per that publication, it is mentioned there, that the Xiaomi Mi A3 has been codenamed “bamboo_sprout”, and it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC. On the other hand, the lighter model Xiaomi Mi A3 Lite is codenamed “cosmos_sprout” and will come equipped with a Snapdragon 675 SoC which is same what we have seen in recently launched Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Apart from this, it was also being rumoured that the Xiaomi will rebrand the recently launched Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e to Mi A3 and Mi A3 Lite. Xiaomi Mi A3 series msartphones are the most awaited smartphone of xiaomi this year, as for now every single day we are getting new leaks and rumors regarding this smartphone but till now there are no official words on both the smartphones.
