Xiaomi has officially launched the most awaited smartphone Xiaomi Mi A2 and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite in its Global launched event in Spain. The event was actually focused on Europe but they did reveal that Mi A2 will be launched in India, the main highlight of this smartphone apart from its being Android One Device was its Camera and new display ratio and more battery optimization which the company claims a day-long battery life.
The Mi A2 is the successor of last year launched Mi A1 which was launched in Xiaomi Global Launch event 2017 which was held in India. As like Mi A1 was the rebranded version of Xiaomi Mi 5x.By following the tradition Xiaomi Mi A2 is rebranded version of Mi 6X and the Mi A2 Lite is the rebranded version of the Redmi 6 Pro.

Moving towards the specification of the Xiaomi Mi A2, it sports a 5.99-inches Full HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display with 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with upto 6GB of RAM and upto 128GB of internal storage.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 3Gb and 4GB of RAM and comes in 32GB and 64GB of internal storage options respectively. The storage can be further increased via using dedicated microSD card slot upto 256GB.
In terms of Camera, it offers a 12MP+5MP Dual rear camera setup with LED flash. In front it has a 5MP front facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both the camera comes with AI Portait mode.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is a Dual device running on Android Oreo 8.1. it is powered by a huge 4000mAh battery and offer connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack. It offers fingerprint sensor and face-unlocking feature for security.

Xiaomi has priced Mi A2 4GB RAM+32GB internal storage model at EUR 249 (around Rs 20,100) and 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage model at EUR 279 (around Rs. 22,500) and 6GB RAM+128GB of internal storage model at EUR 349 (around 28,100). The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite price starts for the base variant which comes with 3GB of RAM+32GB of internal storage at EUR 179 (around Rs. 14,400) and for 4GB RAM+64Gb of internal storage at EUR 229 (around Rs. 18,400).
