Vivo Showcases iQOO 5G Smartphone, 120W SuperFlash Charge Technology at MWC Shanghai 2019


Vivo has started to take step ahead in new innovation. Last year they has introduced largest screen to body ratio smartphone Vivo Nex which was the first smartphone from Vivo with complete bezel-less screen with a pop-up camera solution, and now they stepped up quite a lot when things comes around smartphone innovation. This year at MWC Shanghai they has showcased a smartphone with under display front camera.

Vivo has showcased its first commercial 5G smartphone which comes with AR (Augmented Reality) glass and the 120W fast charging technology which they introduced in the same event. lets have a closer look at these products and invitation

Vivo IQOO 5G with 120W fast charging

Vivo has showcased Vivo iQOO its first ever commercial 5G smartphone during MWC Shanghai 2019 in China. This smartphone will launch in coming three months but they didn’t disclose the exact launch date of this device or the market in which this smartphone is going top be launch. but as expected they will launch it in China and then they will also launch it in India as India is getting a big market for the Vivo smartphone.

Coming toward the device iQoo, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and comes with an external Snapdragon X50 5G modem. Apart from the smartphone as mentioned above they also introduced AR glasses at the M<WC Shanghai 2019. The AR glasses use two 720p HD screens with 6 DoF. These glasses can easily get connected to the smartphone and there won’t be any need for a computer for this process. This can be use for AR Apps, games and watch 3D videos, same as Vivo iQOO smartphone they didn’t revealed the launch date and pricing of this product too.

Now coming towards the major highlight of the event, which was in rumor from last couple of weeks. it is non-other than Super FlashCharge technology. This amazing technology is actually done by using 120W power. According to Vivo, there new innovation can charge a 4,000mAh battery in just 13 minutes and it can charge 50% of the battery in just 5 minutes.

At this time we are not sure that this 120W fast charging technology will come in Vivo iQOO smartphone or not. But it will clear in coming days. As for now the brand hasn’t revealed much about these products. They just showcased at the MWC Shanghai 2019.
