Sony is expected to launch its new smartphone in MWC 2018 with 18:9 aspect ratio displays. But as of now there is no much information regarding these new devices. according to some leaks and rumors the company will be unveiling Sony Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact smartphone on 26th of February at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

There are a lot of highlighting points of this upcoming device. if we talk about the build quality, these new smartphones from sony will be coming with a curved 3D glass on front and rear and a round fingerprint sensor on rear side of the device. The smartphone will be available in four color option Black, Silver, Green and Pink.

What Features We Can See In Sony Experia XZ2 & XZ2 Compact Smartphone?

The Sony Experia XZ2 and Xepria XZ2 Compact both smartphone will be the first smartphone from sony featuring a 18:9 aspect ratio display. But it doesn’t mean that both the smartphone will be coming with no or very less bezels. Compared to other flagship devices with 18:9 aspect ratio displays these both smartphone will have bigger bezel on top and bottom.

Xperia XZ2 will have a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels and the Xperia XZ2 Compact will offer a 5-inch Full HD+ display with same resolution. Both the device will also be coming wth Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Talking about the processors of these devices, both the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor with Adreno 630 GPU. There is no information about RAM as of now.The device will be offering a 19MP rear camera with 4K recording support and also slow motion video in 1080p.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 will be packed with a 3180mAh battery and the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact will packed with a 2870mAh battery. Both the handset will have Type c port and also wireless charging support. Talking about the speakers this smartphone will also be featuring front facing “S Force” stereo speakers.
