Xiaomi has launched the most awaited the Redmi Y3 the company’s selfie based smartphone along with Redmi 7 in a launch event in New Delhi. The main highlight of the Redmi Y3 is its 32MP selfie camera with EIS. It also has dual rear facing camera, Snapdragon 632 processor and a big 4,000mAh battery.

The handset looks similar to Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro designs which was launched few weeks back in India. Let’s move further and dig some more information about the Redmi Y3 specification, feature and price.

Moving towards the specification and feature details of the Redmi Y3, The all new Redmi Y3 offers a 6.26-inches HD+ display having a resolution of 720x1520pixels with 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset comes with gorilla glass 5 protection. It is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 632 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM and comes with 32GB and 64GB of storage. The storage can be further increased via using microSD card upto 512GB.

In terms of camera, the all new Xiaomi Y3 offers a dual rear facing camera setup of 12MP primary sensor having f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor depth. Moving towards the Redmi Y3 front facing camera, it has 32MP super selfie camera with EIS, auto HDR and AI portrait mode.

Moving towards other specs of the device, the handset runs on MIUI 10 over Android 9.0 Pie. as far as network and connectivity options are concerned it include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has IR blaster and rear mounted fingerprint sensor. the handset comes with it big 4,000mAh battery.

Moving towards the redmi Y3 pricing, the Redmi Y3 is price at Rs. 9,999 for the 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant, and the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 11,999. The handset will be available in bold red, elegant Blue and Prime Black color variant.

 The handset will go on sale 30th of April via Amazon India, and Mi Home stores.
