You might be knowing that Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro in China and India. Both the smartphone comes with class leading specifications but unfortunately they lack one which is NFC support. Most of the people didn’t care about specially where the company has launched the handsets till now like India, Malaysia etc.

Redmi Note 8T is the Rebranded Redmi Note 8 with NFC support

A new report has claimed by a Russian tech website, Mobiltelefon that the Xiaomi has now plans to launch the Redmi Note 8 in Europe and Russia, and the peoples of these regions rely heavily on NFC for tasks such as payments. So it will be really disappointing for the Mi fans in these areas if the company launch the handset without NFC and there is a big chance that they lose the fans. So Xiaomi is working on an NFC-equipped version of Redmi Note 8 for Europe and Russia and it is hugely expected to be called as Redmi Note 8T.

The report from Mobiltelefon further claims that, apart from the NFC inclusion, the rest of the specification of the Redmi Note 8T will be similar to Redmi Note 8. Apart from this report, the Redmi Note 8T has also been spotted on AliExpress confirming the same.

It might possible that in future Xiaomi may launch the Redmi Note 8t Pro which will be the rebranded version of Redmi Note 8 Pro with NFC support in Russia and Europe. If this happen I’s sure that it will be limited to Russia and Europe Market only. Don’t expect it to be launch in Indian Market. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro is currently available in India for purchase, all the interested one can buy it from Amazon India and Mi.com.
