Redmi K20, K20 Pro with 48MP Triple Rear Camera Launched: Price, Specs


Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi, has finally launched its new K-series smartphones linup. They introduce Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in that event. The much rumoured and talked Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro comes with excellent features and specs.

Moving towards the highlights of these devices, the Redmi K 20 comes with mid-range specifications whereas the K20 pro is the one which the company was clamming to be flagship killer 2.0. Both these smartphone comes with a 48MP primary camera and 20 MP front pop-up camera. Let’s move further and dig some more information regarding these devices.

Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro Specification and Feature Highlights

Let’s move towards the specification and features section of the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro Device. Both the handsets are identical from front and back. Both come’s with 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. The Redmi K20 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Soc whereas The Redmi K20 Pro is powered by flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 855. The Redmi K20 Pro comes in four variant with upto 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage options and the Redmi K20 comes in only two variant with 6GB if RAM and upto 128GB of storage.

Moving towards the camera feature of these devices, Both the devices comes with triple rear camera setup, the difference is in it sensors. The Redmi K20 Pro comes with 48MP IMX 586 sensor primary camera while the Redmi K20 uses the IMX 582 sensor for the same purpose. Both these handset get a 13MP secondary ultrawide-angle camera and a third 8-MP telephoto camera. both the devices bears same 20MP front facing camera. They have used pop-up module for the front facing camera.

Both the devices runs on MIUI10 over Android 9 Pie, both the devices comes with 4,000mAh battery but the K20 Pro comes with 27-watt Charger in the box whereas the K20 comes with 18W charger in the box.

Moving towards the pricing of these devices, the Redmi K20 Pro 6 GB RAM+64GB storage variant is priced at 2499 Yuan, 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant is priced at 2599Yuan, 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant is priced at 2799 Yuan and the 8GB RAM+256GB storage variant is priced at 2999 Yuan. Both these devices are expected to come soon in India as the teasers of this smartphone have started to render in India.
