From last few days it was rumored that the Redmi 7 series smartphone will soon launch in India. It was expected to be sometime around the launch of the most popular Redmi Y3 which is all set to be launch on 24th of April in India. Now the company has released a cryptic tweet which hints todays the Redmi 7 smartphone launch. It indicates that the company is planning to launch Redmi Y3 and they will be surprise launching the Redmi 7 smartphone in the same event. in the tweet they have mentioned “ a few surprises lined up” which means and indicates that we could also see the Redmi 7 and Redmi 7A smartphones in the launch event.

Redmi 7 Specification, Features highlight and Expected price in India
As we all know that the Redmi 7 has already launched in China, and now the company is planning to launch the same handset in India as they did with Redmi 6 series smartphones. In terms of specification it will be same as what the Chinese variants have. The Redmi 7 will come with 6.26-inches HD+ resolution display with Gorilla Glass protection same like recently launched Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro. The Redmi 7 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 Processor coupled with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM with 16GB/32GB/64GB of storage.
In terms of Camera it has 12MP+2MP rear facing camera along with 8MP front facing camera. The handset offers 4,000mAh battery and also supports 10W fast charging. it also has rear mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, IR blaster and P2i coating which prevents handset from splashes.
The all new Redmi 7 is similar to Redmi Note 7 in terms of design. The handset comes with gradient color variant.
