OnePlus 7 or OnePlus 5G Smartphone Prototype will be shown at MWC 2019

We are nearly two weeks ago in MWC 2019 event and all the big smartphone company has send invites and stated that they will be launching or announcing some new innovation. OnePlus has also started to invite members of media and telecommunication industry to try out a demonstration of prototype 5G smartphone at Qualcomm’s booth at the MWC 2019 trade show.

The company has not yet stated that this 5G smartphone prototype will the product that will be launch instead they indicated that the device will allow the people to experience 5G speed.

According to a report by XDA, Oneplus has its first 5G smartphone prototype ready to unveil at MWC 2019 with the Qualcomm X50 5G modem. It is also said that the device might be more expensive that the regular OnePlus models, it is expected that the price will be $200-$300 extra.

According to the XDA report, the company also said “OnePlus, at Qualcomm’s booth (Hall 3 Stand 3E10), invites all to connect and communicate with our community over a 5G network. Attendees will also be able to experience the capabilities of 5G gaming on a OnePlus 5G prototype. Keep an eye out for the limited-edition Qualcomm X OnePlus pin badge, only available at the OnePlus stand.”

OnePlus has also stated that they will be launching a 5G smartphone in the first half of the 2019, it is also expected that the 5G model will be a separate model to OnePlus 7. OnePlus 7 is also expected to launch soon in coming months. As for now OnePlus hasn’t announced any plans to have there own booth or launch any product at MWC.
