Nokia 6.1 Plus Spotted Online on Google’s ARCore, Could be the Global Variant of Nokia X6

Few weeks back, the HMD Global has launched the Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 5.1 smartphone in a launch event held in Russia. In past few days there are several leaks and rumors about the Nokia 5.1 Plus launch with a notch display and the Nokia X6 Global variant. The company has launched its first smartphone with notch display in China as Nokia X6 and the company is also teasing about it global launch but as of now there is no confirmation regarding it.

Now, a new smartphone called as Nokia 6.1 is spotted listed on Google’s ARCore website. We are hearing this name for the first time, there is no more information available except its name. So, we can’t confirm anything now as there is no official announcement from the HMD Global. However many believe that it could be the global or international variant of the Nokia X6 which they introduced in china in the month of march.

Nokia X6 was first launch in china and it comes with an iPhone X like notch display. it sports a 5.8-inch Full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The device is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor with Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 509 GPU which we have seen in the most popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Both these smartphone were powered by the Snapdragon 636 SoC.

In terms of camera the Nokia X6 spprts a 16MP+5MP dual rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Nokia X6 comes in two variant 4GB/6GB RAM with 32GB/64GB internal storage option. It comes with 3060mAh battery and the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

Talking about the pricing of Nokia X6 in China, it was cost just 1299 for the base variant which comes with 4GB of RAM. The Nokia 6.1 Plus might come with the same specs as Nokia X6 but it might be an android one device. As of now there is no official statement. The image mentioned above is of Nokia X6.
