Moto E5 Plus Launched in India Price Starts at Rs. 11,999

Motorola India has launched the new Moto E5 and E5 Plus smartphone in India in a launch event today. The event was schedule for the launch of the Moto E5 Plus only which comes with a 5000mAh battery but surprisingly the company also launched the Moto E5 smartphone in the same event.

Talking about the pricing of these handset, the new Moto E5 priced at Rs. 9,999 while the Moto E5 Plus will cost Rs. 11,999. These handset will be Amazon Exclusive and will be available from today mid night.

The main highlight was the Moto E5 Plus battery life. The company claimed that the new Moto E5 Plus which comes with 5000mAh battery will be able to deliver 18 hours of Video Playback and over 200 hours of music playback. This handset also comes with Moto Display functionality. It also has selfie flash and professional modes in both the front and rear cameras. Talking about the specification of the new Moto E5 Plus, it sports a 6.0 inches HD+ IPS LCD 18:9 aspect ratio display having a resolution of 720×1440 pixels. it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be further increased via using dedicated microSD card upto 128GB.

In terms of Camera, it offers a single 12MP rear camera having f/2.0 aperture with LED Flash and a good 8MP front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture  with selfie light for selfie and video calling.

Talking about the other specification, it comes with a huge 5000mAh battery with support of TurboPower Charging technology. It runs on Android oreo 8.0 out of the box. It has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor on the Moto Logo. Talking about the connectivity the new moto E5Plus comes with 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GLONASS, FM Radio, 3.5mm headphone jack and a microUSB. It supports VoLTE but not dual VoLTE.
