iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max with Dual SIM Launched, Price in India goes upto Rs. 1,44,900
Apple has launched its new flagship iPhones. There are three new variants of the iPhone 2018 lineup, the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and the cheaper iPhone XR. Among these three iphones the iPhone XS max is the bigger one which comes with 6.5-inch OLED display and the iPhone XS comes with 5.8-inch OLED display and the iPhone XR comes with 6.1-inch LCD display.
All these three handset has reveled in a launch event held at Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park. The main highlight of these new smartphones is the bigger display, bigger battery and the first tome dual SIM support.
Along with the three new iPhones the company has also revealed it all new Apple watch series 4.
iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max Specification and Feature Highlights
Both the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max comes with similar specs but there are slight difference between both the handsets.
The all new iPhone XS comes with 5.8-inch OLED Super Retina display with notch at the top having a resolution of 1125×2234 pixels. whereas the iPhone XS Max comes with a bigger display of 6.5-inch OLED Super Retina panel display with a notch at the top having a resolution of 1242×2688 pixel. Both the handset are powered by Apple’s latest A12 Bionic SoC, which is also one of the first 7nm processor. Both the handset comes in three storage variant options 64GB, 256GB and 512GB.
In terms of Camera, both the handset iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max features a n upgraded dual camera at the back. it offers a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 12MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera comes with a 6-element lens and also features 2x zoom. There is also a quad-LED flash with the rear camera. On front both the handset iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max features a 7MP RGB camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
Talking about the battery of these new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, the Senior Vice President Worldwide Marketing of Apple said that these new apple iPhone XS and iPHone XS Max has 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes more battery life respectively in comparison to iPhone X. both the handset comes with IP68 water and dust resistance. Both the handset comes with glass back panel.
All the iPhones launched in the event didn’t have fingerprint sensor instead they have used an improved Face ID which they have announced last year with iPhone X launch. It allows the user to unlock their smartphone by just looking at it.
iPhones XS Models Pricing and Availability
The all new iPhone XS base variant which comes with 64GB of internal storage is priced at $999 (around Rs, 71,800), 256GB storage variant is priced at at $1,149 (around Rs. 82,600) and the higher storage variant which comes with 512Gb of internal storage is priced at $1,349 (around Rs 97,000).
The bigger brother of iPhone XS which is also the Biggest iPhone ever. The all new iPhone XS Max base variant comes with 64GB of internal storage which is priced at $1,099 (around Rs. 79,000), 256GB storage variant is priced at $1,249 (around Rs. 89,800) and the 512GB storage variant is priced at $1,449 (around Rs. 1,04,200).
Both the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max pre-order will start from 14th of September and the shipment will start from the 21st of September. In India these iPhones will be goes on sale from 28th of September. Both the handset will be available in Gold, Silver and black color options.
