HTC U19e & HTC Desire 19+ Officially Launched : Price, Specs

HTC which hasn’t launched any smartphone from last six months has finally launched two new smartphone HTC U19e and HTC Desire 19+ in its home market Taiwan.

The main highlight of the HTC U19e is its Iris Unlock support whereas the HTC Desire 19+ comes with Triple Rear Camera setup. As for now there are no words on its international availability or global launch right now. Let’s move further and have a slight look on these smartphones.

HTC U19e Specification, Features Highlights & Price

Moving towards the HTC U19e specification and feature highlights, it sports a 6-inch full HD+ OLED screen having screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels with 18:9 aspect ratio and corning gorilla glass protection. It also comes with support of HDR10. The handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for memory expansion.

In terms of Camera, HTC U19e comes with dual rear camera setup with 12MP primary sensor having f/1.8 aperture lens and a 20MP secondary sensor having f/2.6 aperture lens. On front it has a 24MP front facing camera as well as a 2MP sensor for iris recognition.

As far as other specs are concerned, the all new HTC U19e runs on HTC Sense over Android 9 Pie. it has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and this handset bears a 3,930mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support.

Coming towards its pricing, the all new HTC U19e carries a price tag of TWD 14,900 (around INR 33,000) and it comes in Extraordinary Purple and Modest Green colours.

HTC Desire 19+ Specification, Feature & Price

HTC Desire 19+ sports a 6.2-inch HD+ display having a resolution of 720×1520 pixels with 19:9 aspect ratio. This handset is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with upto 6GB of RAM and upto 128GB of internal storage.

In terms of camera, it offers triple rear camera setup with 13MP primary sensor having f/1.8 aperture, 8MP wide angle camera and a 5 MP depth camera. On front it has a 16MP front facing camera.

Apart from these all it runs on HTC Sense over Android 9 Pie and comes with a 3,850mAh battery and a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset is priced at TWD 9,990 (around INR 22,100) for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage variant and TWD 10,990 (around INR 24,300) for the 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant.
