Honor 8A Pro with MediaTek Helio P35 SoC goes Official: Report

Honor has launched a new budget smartphone in Russia and named the handset Honor 8A Pro. The newly launched handset seems a different handset when compared to the recently launched Honor Play 8A. The main highlight of the handset includes a waterdrop notch display, MediaTek Helio P35 processor.

Actually this smartphone seems to be the new premium mid-range smartphone from the company that shares an identical design what we have seen in Honor 8A smartphone. Let’s dig some more information about the device and see Honor 8A Pro specification and feature details.

Honor 8A Pro Specification and Feature Highlights

It features a 6.09-inch HD+ display having a resolution of 1560×720 pixels. It is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 64GB on storage, the storage can be further increased via using microSD card upto 512GB.

In terms of camera, the Honor 8A Pro comes with 13MP single rear camera having f/1.8 aperture with LED flash. In front it has 8MP of front facing camera for selfies.

The newly launched handset has a 3020mAh battery. The handset also comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset runs on EMUI 9.0 over Android 9.0 out of the box.

The handset is priced at RUB 13,990 (around Rs. 14,700) as reported by the GizChina. The sale will start from 12th of April. As for now there is no words on whether this handset will be launch in India or not. Stay tuned with us for more updates on Honor 8A Pro.
