How to Free Renew Jio Prime Membership Till March 2019

The Jio Prime Membership for all the Jio Users has been already expired, but the company has announced few days back that the prime Membership will remain free for one more year for all existing Prime Users but the renewal process is not automatic the users have to do it manually using the MyJio App.

It is also mentioned that the new users the Prime Member will continue to be available at annual membership fee which is Rs. 99.

Steps to Renew Jio Prime Membership Free for Existing Customers

Step 1:- First you need to open MyJio app. (if you didn’t have MyJio App installed, first install it)
Step 2:- Once you open the MyJio App, you will be able to see a banner which says ‘Congratulation! Extend Jio Prime for a Year, Free’. The banner will have a “Get Now” Tab, tap on that.
Step 3:- Another Tab will get open which will show this message: “Jio Prime is getting bigger, you are valued Jio Prime Member and we are extending one Year’s Subscription absolutely free for you.” Now just click on proceed.
Step 4:- Another Tab will get open which will display a membership successful renewed message “Request submitted successfully. Your request to avail Free Jio Prime Membership for a Year has been registered successfully; you can now enjoy Jio Prime Benefits for another year.

If you didn’t see the Jio Prime Membership Renewal banner asking to get service for one more year, then you just have to force quite the app and stream videos for 15 to 20 minutes or so using the internet from the Jio 4G data of the number whose prime membership you are trying to renew. Once you done that then again open the MyJio app and login with the same number, now this time you will be able to see the banner message to apply the Jip Prime Membership.
